Process
The AI system generates a response to the user in the chat. The user views the response and decides if they want to continue the chat.
Output
If the user wants to continue the chat but speak to a human agent, they can be routed to an employee who can view their chat history and support them. If the user does not want to continue the chat, they can exit and end the chat.
