- BAPS Swaminarayan Akshardham, New Delhi
- February 17-20, 2026 (10am - 6pm daily)
This dialogue is hosted at the BAPS Swaminarayan Akshardham, one of the world's largest Hindu temples, in collaboration with the University of Cambridge's Centre for Human-Inspired Artificial Intelligence (CHIA) and the BAPS Swaminarayan Research Institute (BSRI). The event aims to create a space to reflect on institutional resilience and individual identity in an era of accelerating AI adoption.
India AI Impact Summit attendees are invited to participate in a guided tour emphasising timeless architecture, community life, and service. Interested participants can thereafter engage in a 30-60 minute dialogue with Swamis, BAPS community leaders, and other Summit attendees. These dialogue sessions will touch on themes such as:
- •What does pluralism require when AI mediates language, education, and public life?
- •What kinds of knowledge and meaning are hardest for AI systems to represent?
- •How should institutions decide where to use AI, and where not to?
- •Which practices preserve trust and accountability when AI enters decision-making?
- •Which parts of institutional life are fundamentally embodied, multisensory, and non-substitutable?
- •In a digitised future, which forms of community, ritual, and care become essential?
